Order Processing

We aim to process and dispatch orders placed before 1:00pm on a working day on the same working day.

Orders placed after 1:00pm, on weekends, or on public holidays will normally be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

All orders are subject to stock availability and payment authorisation.

For products that require verification (such as items supplied only to DVLA Registered Number Plate Suppliers), dispatch may take place once the necessary checks have been completed.

Delivery Times

Delivery times will depend on the shipping service selected at checkout and the delivery location.

Typical delivery times are:

  • UK Mainland: 1 working day after dispatch
  • Remote areas / Highlands & Islands: 2–4 working days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier services.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, order weight, and the shipping method selected.

Order Tracking

Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • courier service disruptions
  • severe weather
  • incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
  • circumstances beyond our control
